Qualified alternativesand what Qualified really costs

What Qualified really costs, plus six alternatives. Salesforce and Agentforce favor staying. A published price or a faster launch favors switching.

Summarize this page with

You found Piper, liked the demo, and then hit the pricing page: every plan says "Contact us." Qualified's Piper is one of the strongest AI SDRs for B2B websites, and since April 2026 it's part of Salesforce.

It's also quote-only, takes 30 to 60 days to set up, and sells its video avatar as a separate paid add-on.

This guide covers what Qualified really costs, what the Salesforce deal changes, and six alternatives, so you can decide whether to sign, switch or stay.

Quick TL;DR
  • What Qualified costs Qualified doesn't publish prices. Most teams pay about $62K a year, and deals range from roughly $35K to $117K.
  • Best for a video agent with a published price Flowxperia. A live video agent on your site that answers, qualifies and books, plus follow-up on WhatsApp, Instagram and SMS. From $797 a month, live in about 48 hours, and it connects to Salesforce, HubSpot and four other CRMs.
  • Best for technical B2B SaaS Docket, from $4K a month billed annually. Its video avatar starts on the Pro plan.
  • Stay on Qualified if you run Salesforce, you're betting on Agentforce and you have RevOps people to look after it.

Qualified pricing explained

Qualified lists plan names and limits but no prices. Every tier says "Contact us", and all of them are billed annually.

PlanMonthly web sessionsMonthly active email contactsWhat it adds
Premier250K2.5KMultimodal agent (text, voice, video), website and email conversations, meeting booking, multi-language
Enterprise2M10KAgent handoff, MCP and API access, Salesforce sandbox
Ultimate5M24KMultiple agent profiles, high-volume contact databases, a dedicated IP

In practice, the median deal is about $62,000 a year, and contracts run from about $35,000 to $117,000. Expect a quote, not a price list.

The licence is only part of the bill. Implementation runs 30 to 60 days and needs a Salesforce admin, a webmaster and a marketing automation admin on your side.

Once it's live, the agent needs regular tuning to keep off-topic chats out of your pipeline. And the video avatar in PiperX is sold as its own SKU, so budget for that separately if it's the reason you're looking.

What changed when Salesforce bought Qualified

  1. December 17, 2025

Salesforce signs a definitive agreement to acquire Qualified.

  2. March 3, 2026

PiperX, with voice and video avatars, becomes generally available.

  3. April 1, 2026

The acquisition closes. Qualified is set to be folded into Agentforce Sales and Agentforce Marketing.

If you live in Salesforce, this is mostly good news: tighter integration and a very large vendor behind the product. If you don't, ask a harder question.

PiperX already requires Salesforce CRM, and Salesforce hasn't said anything about supporting other CRMs long term. If your CRM is HubSpot, Zoho or Pipedrive, I'd treat that as a real risk and plan around it.

Why teams look for Qualified alternatives

These are the reasons that come up most:

  • Price. A median of about $62K a year is out of reach for a lot of mid-size teams.
  • The Salesforce requirement. PiperX needs Salesforce CRM. Teams that run HubSpot as their CRM get the older feature set.
  • Setup time. 30 to 60 days, with several admins involved.
  • Complexity. The learning curve is the complaint users raise most often.
  • Channels. Piper works on the website, email and Slack. Leads who message you on WhatsApp, Instagram or SMS never reach it.

What to look for in a Qualified alternative

Most tools on this list can answer a visitor and book a meeting. Check these before you shortlist anything:

  • Is the video agent included? Some tools sell the avatar on a higher plan or as an add-on. Ask which plan you need for it.
  • Can you see a price before a call? Published pricing tells you fast whether a tool is in range.
  • Where does the agent follow up? If your leads come from ads, WhatsApp or Instagram, a website-only agent misses them.
  • How long until it's live? The range here runs from about 48 hours to two months.
  • Does it write to your CRM properly? Leads, meetings and transcripts should land in the fields your reports already use.

The best Qualified alternatives

1

Flowxperia

Free trial
20 min on the website, 7 days on WhatsApp and Instagram
Channels
Website, WhatsApp, Instagram, SMS
Video agent
Every plan

Flowxperia puts a live video agent on your website, included on every plan.

It's a lifelike AI presenter that talks with visitors by voice or text, answers from your content, helps them pick the right option, qualifies them and books the meeting. That's roughly the job Piper does.

The difference shows up after the visitor leaves. The same agent replies to leads from your ads, forms and social accounts on WhatsApp, Instagram and SMS within seconds and follows up until they book.

It connects to Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, Dynamics 365 and Zendesk, and setup takes about 48 hours. On Scale, we can build the avatar from someone on your own team, with their voice cloned.

What we like
  • Video agent on every plan, not a paid add-on
  • WhatsApp, Instagram and SMS follow-up
  • Published prices and a free trial
  • Live in about 48 hours
Watch out for
  • No 6sense or Demandbase intent data
  • Not built for 5M sessions a month
  • No live product walkthrough

Bottom line: Pick Flowxperia if you want Piper's core job done for a published monthly price, with follow-up on the channels your leads actually use.

1mind's photorealistic avatar is the whole product.

It runs on Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics or Pipedrive and does two things Qualified doesn't: an AI sales engineer that joins your live calls, and guidance inside your product.

What we like
  • Works with four CRMs
  • Joins live sales calls
  • Realistic avatars
Watch out for
  • Costs more than Qualified
  • Few reviews so far

What we like
  • Support and sales in one agent
  • Lots of channels
  • Free 14-day trial
Watch out for

When to stay on Qualified

Qualified is a very good product, and switching takes time. I'd stay if:

  • You run Salesforce and plan to use Agentforce.
  • You need account-based intent from 6sense, Demandbase or ZoomInfo inside the conversation.
  • Your traffic is in the millions of sessions a month.
  • You value hands-on support. It's what Qualified customers praise most.

How to switch off Qualified

  1. Check your contract

Note the renewal date, any auto-renew window and the notice period. Qualified bills annually.

  2. Export Piper's setup

Prompts, playbooks, routing rules, offers, and the Salesforce fields Qualified writes to.

  3. Map the CRM fields

Have the new tool write leads, meetings and transcripts to the same fields so your reports don't break.

  4. Run both for a week or two

Put the alternative on a few pages or one channel first, then switch Qualified off.
